Despite the folks that complain and complain saying we don’t take submissions, I make it a point to listen to atleast one new artist each day. Today’s listen came from a random submission from a fan, not the artist herself. Dope House… meet Elle Vie. The answer to any and everyone that’s been wanting the old Lauryn Hill to return to form. Ok, that might be a reach but upon listening to the song above I couldn’t assist but make the comparison. Now excuse e as I go back and check the rest of her catalogue.

I think at one time or another most people comes to a point on their path where they start contemplating (or fantasizing) about grabbing what/who they care about most and leaving their current situation behind for a simpler life. Pretty much everybody in the NMC agrees that Killa needs a reality show (I personally can’t stand those shits, but even I’d watch his).
